In small batches, the delicious fruit is turned into applesauce and, from there, into a distinctive jam that's so good you'll want to eat it by the spoonful. Our 4 ounce jar contains just six simple ingredients: applesauce, sugar, brown sugar, pectin, cinnamon, and citric acid. It's made by Clara's Gourmet, which started selling delicious jams and butters at a farmers market in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
